By using the FreshStop web app or Android app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

• The Service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of accuracy or availability.
• You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not misuse the Service, including attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer it.

3. Data Sources

FreshStop uses open and third-party data sources (e.g. OpenStreetMap, OSRM, Open-Meteo, TfL, Bus Open Data Service, Google Maps). We cannot guarantee the correctness or timeliness of this data.

4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshStop is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service, including delays, missed journeys, or reliance on information displayed.

6. Availability

The Service may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
